ICÚ means corn in the language of the Huichols and, our chef lives up to that name by using it in many of his dishes.

At ICÚ we take traditional dishes of Mexican cuisine and make them our way, and we give a Mexican touch to typical dishes from other regions.

For us, seasonal products are very important, therefore we adapt and change our menu based what we have available around throughout the year.

We have an à la carte menu or the option of tasting menu, either 5 or 9 courses.

We also have a cellar of 100% Mexican wines, we believe in the importance of supporting local products, and wine should not be the exception.

In October 2019 we received the award for best new restaurant in Mexico at the Reader Awards of Food and Travel magazine.

In 2021 and 2022 he has been part of the Mexican Culinary Guide, the 250 Restaurants of Mexico.
